1. Up to 90-minute session to allow for relaxed, natural storytelling.
2. Private viewing gallery with approximately 100 professionally edited images.
3. Pre-session consultation to plan the details of your shoot.
4. Location guidance to help you choose the perfect setting.
5. Clothing and styling guidance to ensure a cohesive look.
6. Pre-session questionnaire to help us understand your family’s personality and vision.
7. Gallery linked to a print store for easy ordering of fine art prints and albums.
8. Sessions are carefully scheduled to ensure the best lighting and atmosphere.
9. Outdoor sessions are typically held in the last two hours before sunset for soft, golden light.
10. Indoor sessions can be scheduled from mid-morning to early afternoon, depending on the natural light in your home.
11. Travel fees apply for locations further than 60 minutes from Lane Cove North.

The
Process
Step 1:
Enquire & Secure Your Session
Send us an enquiry, and we’ll discuss options tailored to you. Once you’re ready, we’ll send an invoice for the Creative Fee to confirm your booking.
Step 2:
Pre-Session Planning
You’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us understand your vision, followed by optional video chat and location planning to finalise details.
Step 3:
Final Preparations
One week before, we confirm session details & process the final package payment. A few days prior, we check the weather and make any adjustments if needed.
Step 4:
Your Photography Session
Relax and enjoy the experience while we capture natural, heartfelt moments that reflect your family’s unique story.
Step 5:
Gallery Delivery & Selection
Your private gallery will be ready within four weeks. You’ll have two weeks to select your included images or upgrade your package.
Step 6:
Final Image Delivery
Your final selections will be delivered, ready to be printed, shared, and treasured for years to come.

If your session includes children, be prepared for them to behave in their own way and not always follow instructions, which is completely fine! When to
Book your sessions
with us
· Maternity
Portrait Sessions:
Ideally scheduled between 28-36 weeks when your belly is beautifully rounded but you are still comfortable.
· Newborn
Portrait Sessions:
Best captured within the first six weeks of life, but if you prefer more alert newborn photos, after three months is also an option.
· Family
Portrait Sessions:
Can be scheduled for any reason at all — celebrating a special milestone, marking a new season, making the most of school holidays, or just capturing those rare moments when everyone’s together.

Each session is up to 90 minutes, allowing for a balance of natural moments and lightly guided portraits.
Can siblings and partners be included?
Yes, partners and siblings are always welcome. We encourage including the entire family in your session to document this special time together.

we wear?
We provide styling guidance, but generally, neutral, earth-toned outfits work well for timeless and cohesive imagery.
Where do sessions
take place?
Sessions can be held outdoors in scenic Sydney, Blue Mountain or Southern Highland locations, in your home or at a location that holds personal meaning to you. We will guide you on the best setting based on your preferences.
What if my kids
don’t cooperate?
Children are naturally unpredictable, and that is perfectly fine. We encourage playfulness and interaction, focusing on capturing their personalities rather than forcing poses.
Can we reschedule if the weather is bad?
Yes, we monitor the forecast closely and will reschedule if needed to ensure the best experience.
How do we receive
our family photos?
Your images will be delivered via a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution files and order prints.
